So, the new year started off in the fabric store. That’s right! LOL One of the fabric stores was open on New Year’s Day for a big sale. I ended up spending about 4 hours in there!!! I bought tons of stuff but I’m especially excited about my new scissors. 
I’m easy to please, LOL. Hopefully it will cut down on my hand fatigue.
Besides that, I’ve been rather busy already in 2011. I’ve been working at my “regular” job tons over the holidays and it hasn’t slowed down a bit yet. I’m hoping to get focused and do up some lingering projects later this week including hemming all of the pants that our family got for Christmas. Hemming is easy but I just have troubles getting excited about sitting down to do it. I have one pair of my own pants that have been sitting there since August! Oooops! I do have an excuse though–I had to find the right color thread and didn’t find it until New Year’s Day (only because I remembered to take them WITH me to match up). Bonus was, it was on sale too!
